In an Instagram Story, Nottoli gave followers a glimpse of some of the wedding’s “personalised touches”—including a calligraphed place card addressed to “Taylor and Travis Kelce” with a table assignment at “Table 13.” Unsurprisingly, that one detail was enough to send the internet into overdrive, with fans questioning whether the couple had already tied the knot in secret.

However, Ellie Nottoli cleared up the confusion after her Instagram Story sparked a flurry of speculation about a secret wedding between Swift and Kelce. However, Nottoli later clarified that neither Swift nor Kelce was present at the Chicago celebration, explaining, “We all know Taylor and Travis were at a different wedding in Tennessee.” She implied the card was likely just a placeholder or sample.
They attended Travis's cousin's wedding
As it turns out, the couple were in Knoxville, Tennessee, attending the wedding of Kelce’s cousin, Tanner Corum, who married Samantha Peck. Photos from the event quickly circulated online, showing Swift, 34, in a strapless blue floral Markarian dress and Kelce, also 34, keeping things casual in a quarter-sleeved shirt and slacks.

While the marriage rumours have been debunked, they came just weeks after insiders hinted that an engagement might be on the cards. A source told the Daily Mail in May that Kelce may be planning to propose once his NFL career wraps up. “Everyone’s just waiting for Travis to ask her parents for their blessing—they’ll definitely say yes—and they’re all excited for the two to get engaged,” the insider shared. “It might not be happening right now, but it’s absolutely going to.”
