26 KM Elevated Road from Dehradun to Mussoorie

A 26 km elevated road is being built to connect the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway directly to Mussoorie. This route will allow travelers to skip traffic-heavy and hilly patches, making the ride faster and more comfortable. As per News18, this Mussoorie elevated road will pass along the Rispana and Bindal rivers, requiring land acquisition in 26 different zones.

Delhi to Mussoorie: Cost and Construction Details

The estimated cost of the elevated road to Mussoorie is ₹6,100 crore. Around 2,614 houses may be demolished for the project, and the government will offer compensation to property owners. Final decisions on land acquisition and compensation are expected soon.
